The Right Choice

There are times when you really need to take the actions and words of others to heart. If you're not seeing a mental and physical change within your circle of family and friends, it may be a sign that you need to move on. Those relationships that you continue nursing but they're not getting better, that home that's served its purpose but is now draining you, the job you go back to every day because it's what you've always done. God wants us to prosper and grow but our mentality and loyalty towards people and things keep us tied down emotionally. Always afraid to hurt someone's feelings and yet our hearts are full of regret because we hold everything in. God wants us to be a help to others, He wants to be obedient in our relationships but He also wants us to be happy. Tonight I ask Him to cover me and you in our decision making, in our change, in our growth. I ask Him to bring clarity to those puzzling situations we find ourselves in, I ask that He give us the right words to say as we begin asking/requesting/demanding change in our personal and professional lives. I pray that anyone who's under pressure to sign contracts pray before doing so. I pray that we take into consideration the long term affects of all agreements, legal and spiritual.
